Seven Hills home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 24.1% increase over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Seven Hills in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
