Broadview Heights home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Broadview Heights fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 63.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Broadview Heights in September 2017.
