Moreland Hills home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Moreland Hills rose by $643,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 140.7% increase over the $457,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Moreland Hills in September 2017.
