Warrensville Heights home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Warrensville Heights fell by $3,600 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 6.7% decrease over the $53,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Warrensville Heights in August 2017.
