Garfield Heights home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Garfield Heights rose by $10,050 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,500 - a 19.9% increase over the $50,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Garfield Heights in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,924, approximately 4.8% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
