Parma Heights home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Parma Heights rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,000 - a 12.9% increase over the $104,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Parma Heights in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Parma Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,063, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
