Oakwood home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Oakwood rose by $41,187 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 42.8% increase over the $96,313 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Oakwood in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,147, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
