Seven Hills home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,500 - a 13.9% increase over the $169,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Seven Hills in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
