Broadview Heights home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Broadview Heights fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 25.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Broadview Heights in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Broadview Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,060, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
