Pepper Pike home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Pepper Pike rose by $28,000 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $447,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pepper Pike in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
