Newburgh Heights home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Newburgh Heights rose by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 45.7% increase over the $27,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Newburgh Heights in July 2017.
