Brook Park home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Brook Park rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,950 - a 5.3% increase over the $113,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Brook Park in July 2017.
