Parma Heights home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Parma Heights rose by $14,600 while total sales increased by 15.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,100 - a 13.1% increase over the $111,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Parma Heights in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Parma Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,063, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
