Middleburg Heights home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Middleburg Heights fell by $32,450 while total sales decreased by 31.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,450 - a 19.7% decrease over the $164,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in July 2017.
