Oakwood home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Oakwood fell by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,500 - a 5.3% decrease over the $179,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Oakwood in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,147, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
