Seven Hills home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Seven Hills fell by $42,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 19.3% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Seven Hills in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
