Strongsville home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Strongsville rose by $30,100 while total sales increased by 19.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 16.3% increase over the $184,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 67 homes sold in Strongsville in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Strongsville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,611, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
