Bedford home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Bedford fell by $10,125 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,375 - a 13.1% decrease over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Bedford in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Bedford for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,417, approximately 3.6% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
