Seven Hills home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $28,250 while total sales increased by 107.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,500 - a 17.3% increase over the $163,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Seven Hills in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Seven Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,039, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
