Valley View home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Valley View rose by $52,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,500 - a 32% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Valley View in June 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Valley View for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,604, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
