Maple Heights home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Maple Heights rose by $12,950 while total sales decreased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $49,450 - a 35.5% increase over the $36,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Maple Heights in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,203, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
