Walton Hills home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Walton Hills rose by $10,713 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,950 - a 6.5% increase over the $165,238 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Walton Hills in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Walton Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,107, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
