Broadview Heights home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Broadview Heights rose by $3,000 while total sales increased by 82.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 1.2% increase over the $247,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Broadview Heights in May 2017.
