Garfield Heights home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Garfield Heights rose by $15,900 while total sales increased by 74.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,900 - a 36.1% increase over the $44,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Garfield Heights in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,924, approximately 4.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
