Newburgh Heights home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Newburgh Heights rose by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 50% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newburgh Heights in March 2017.
