Garfield Heights home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Garfield Heights rose by $26,500 while total sales increased by 130.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 81.5% increase over the $32,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Garfield Heights in March 2017.
