Bedford Heights home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Bedford Heights rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bedford Heights in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
