Middleburg Heights home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Middleburg Heights fell by $21,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 14.2% decrease over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in March 2017.
