Broadview Heights home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Broadview Heights fell by $87,100 while total sales increased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 34.8% decrease over the $250,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Broadview Heights in March 2017.
