Seven Hills home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Seven Hills rose by $48,900 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 33.9% increase over the $144,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Seven Hills in March 2017.
