Orange home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Orange rose by $67,250 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $323,500 - a 26.2% increase over the $256,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Orange in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Orange for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,118, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
