Newburgh Heights home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Newburgh Heights rose by $3,020 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,520 - a 12.3% increase over the $24,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newburgh Heights in January 2017.
