Bedford Heights home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Bedford Heights rose by $16,250 while total sales increased by 114.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 24.7% increase over the $65,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Bedford Heights in January 2017.
