Garfield Heights home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Garfield Heights fell by $8,650 while total sales decreased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,000 - a 17.8% decrease over the $48,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Garfield Heights in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Garfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,924, approximately 7.3% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
