Oakwood home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Oakwood fell by $3,050 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $93,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oakwood in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,147, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
