Seven Hills home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Seven Hills fell by $18,525 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,875 - a 11.5% decrease over the $160,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Seven Hills in January 2017.
