Parma home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Parma rose by $2,450 while total sales increased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,950 - a 2.6% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 95 homes sold in Parma in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,835, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
