Moreland Hills home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Moreland Hills fell by $350,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 64.8% decrease over the $540,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Moreland Hills in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Moreland Hills for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $10,941, approximately 5.8% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
