Bedford Heights home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Bedford Heights rose by $4,515 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $55,485 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Bedford Heights in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Bedford Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,140, approximately 5.2% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
