Pepper Pike home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Pepper Pike rose by $24,088 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $414,088 - a 6.2% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pepper Pike in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,132, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
