Strongsville home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Strongsville rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Strongsville in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Strongsville for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,611, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
