Moreland Hills home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Moreland Hills rose by $111,250 while total sales decreased by 84.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $423,750 - a 35.6% increase over the $312,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Moreland Hills in December 2016.
