Garfield Heights home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Garfield Heights rose by $25,450 while total sales increased by 46.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,450 - a 42.4% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Garfield Heights in November 2019.
