Parma home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Parma rose by $19,950 while total sales increased by 137.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 152 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,950 - a 16.6% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Parma in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
