Oakwood home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Oakwood fell by $82,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,750 - a 32.1% decrease over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oakwood in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Oakwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,139, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
