Median home prices in Newburgh Heights fell to $55,000 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Newburgh Heights fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 11.3% decrease over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Newburgh Heights in the first quarter of 2020.
