Maple Heights median home prices rose by 66.6% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Maple Heights rose by $29,650 while total sales increased by 72.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 162 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,150 - a 66.6% increase over the $44,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Maple Heights in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Maple Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,217, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
