The first quarter of 2021: Brook Park experienced a 9.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Brook Park rose by $11,729 while total sales increased by 9.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $128,272 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Brook Park in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Brook Park for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,822, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
