Home prices increased in Parma during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Parma rose by $20,300 while total sales increased by 66.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 346 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 16.3% increase over the $124,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 208 homes sold in Parma in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Parma for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,953, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
