Median home prices in Middleburg Heights fell to $154,750 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Middleburg Heights fell by $25,250 while total sales increased by 74.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,750 - a 14% decrease over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Middleburg Heights in the first quarter of 2020.
